Wednesdays at The Group:
Weight Management at The Group is the most comprehensive program you can join, and we’d love to tell you more about it. Join us every Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. You can sit in on our support group session, interact with people in the program, and get free educational information. If you like what you hear, you can schedule a private consultation with our team to get started!

- Thursday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Healthy Moms: Learn how to stay healthy before, during and after pregnancy and ask questions to our Weight Management expert
